Terms of Use
By playing QuestUp Golf Tour (“the game”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.
1. Play safely
2. Your account
- Online play, Clubs and the Pro Tour need an account. Keep your password and recovery code private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- We don’t collect your email, so your recovery code is the only way to reset a forgotten password. If you lose both, we may not be able to restore the account.
- You must be at least 13 to make an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game. See the Privacy Policy.
3. Fair play and conduct
Don’t:
- cheat, or tamper with the game, its scores or its server. This includes modified clients, bots, scripts and posting results you didn’t play;
- exploit bugs;
- pick offensive names;
- harass, threaten or impersonate other players;
- try to get into other players’ accounts;
- overload or disrupt the service.
We may remove names, void results, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Gold and in-game items
Gold, clubs, cosmetics and Season Pass rewards are earned by playing. They have no real-world value. They can’t be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and they’re licensed to you rather than owned. We may adjust balances to fix errors or cheating, and we may change the game economy over time.
5. Our game
The game, its code, art, sounds and names belong to QuestUp. We give you a personal, non-commercial license to play it. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute it.
6. Availability and changes
We’re always improving the game. Features, courses, events and online services may change, be interrupted or end. We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above, and continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, QuestUp isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the game, including injury or damage from swinging a phone. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
